What we collect

When you request a quote we collect what you type into the form:

• your name, phone number and email address
• your suburb or address
• the service you need, your preferred date and time, and any details you add

We also use analytics (see below) to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

• to reply to your request, prepare a quote and arrange your clean
• to send you a confirmation email
• to keep a record of the enquiry for our business

We don't sell your personal information.

Who handles it for us

To run the site we use service providers who process information on our behalf:

• a database provider (Supabase) to store quote requests
• an image and video hosting provider (Cloudinary) to deliver the photos and video on this site
• an email provider to send confirmation and notification emails
• Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and the effectiveness of advertising. These may use cookies or similar identifiers. You can control this through your browser settings or Google's ad settings.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia.

Keeping it safe

Quote requests are stored in a restricted database and sent over an encrypted connection. We keep your information only as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and for our business records.
